About our Founder

SATISH KATYAL : (Managing Director) Profile: Education: Graduate & Honours in Economics (P.U) Masters in Economics (P.U.) Law Graduate Real Estate Experiences : 20 Years 2003 : Founding SATISH KJATYAL Founded his first real estate company D.S.P REAL ESTATES PVT LTD in September 2004. Company Deal in bulk real estate products by various companies. In 2014 he setup one additional campany COMFY DEVELOPERS & INFRASTRUCTURE or Constructions Low rise floors and houses in Mohali region. Shortly after that he becomes founder Director of Home and Land Planners LLP (HLP GROUP) in 2016. Mr. Satish Katyal handled the same company from (2016-2021) he set up a new company VISTARA BUILDTECH LLP in 2021. At the helm of Vistara Buildtech is our founder and Managing Director, Mr. Satish katyal. With a passion for creating exceptional living and working spaces for the modern Indian global professional, Mr. Satish Katyal founded Vistara in 2021 with the development of 04 residential societies in Tricity.

In 2023, Mr. Satish Katyal led the company into the then-unknown region of Zirakpur, where Vistara Buildtech quickly established itself as a leading real estate developer. Today, Vistara Buildtech is the largest publicly listed real estate developer in the Punjab region, with a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. With over a year of experience in the industry, Mr. Satish katyal has played a vital role in the growth and success of Vistara Buildtech. His strong leadership, keen business acumen and unwavering commitment to excellence have helped to establish Vistara Buildtech is hourned with people trust and respected brand in the real estate market in Tricity.
